Cooking Classes at BORDEAUX

For the past three weeks the Wintour Students that are currently in Bordeaux had the opportunity to participate in cooking classes/catering services at Lycée de Gascogne Hôtellerie et Tourisme in Talence.
The full workshop included culinary preparation, setting up of the restaurant room and finally tasting of the dishes and wine pairing. "Mange debout", "Service a table - cuisine gastronomique française" and "Buffet" were the themes of the seasons.
