Start of the WINTOUR Wine Making internships - Intake 2017-2019
The adventures of the wine making internships of WINTOUR 2.0 students have just started.
France (11), Portugal (6), Italy (3), Georgia (2), Greece (1), Moldova (1) and China (1) are the places hosting our interns.
Pick grapes with Debbie, do maturity control with Arevik, discover the manual desteamming method with Juan, fix a press with Léna, stomp grapes with Gio, enocular yeast with Kate, control fermentation with Alba or fortify the wine with Nuno.
But it's nobody's first wine making experience! Last year, the students went to the experimental winery of University Rovira i Virgili (URV) with with Fernando Zamora - Adaptation to enology teacher.
