Phil Hogan visits the l'Institut des sciences de la vigne et du vin

The first congress of French viticulture  took place in Bordeaux from July 5th to 7th at ISVV, with the special participation of Phil Hogan, European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development.

This visit made it possible to discuss the research conducted by INRA and its partners around resistant grape varieties and the acceptability of new wines by consumers. The conference debate "Resistant grape varieties, grapes and wines of the future?" was followed by a tasting workshop, aiming to present the European Commissioner an experimental economy approach allowing the consumers to accept these new wines made from resistant grape varieties.
