The Wintour Consortium continually strives to provide other funding options for self-funded students. Financial aid for self-funded candidates willing to join the 2019-2021 edition are listed below.

GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS OFFERED BY THE WINTOUR CONSORTIUM AND PARTNER UNIVERSITIES
URV Master's Grant |
AVAILABLE GRANTS: 1 DURATION: 1 year (academic course 2018-2019). There is the possibility to renew the discount portion of the grant (item 1) for the 2019-2020 academic year if the student develops their Master thesis (Semester 4) at URV. This renewal would not include a further travel stipend (item 2). COVERAGE:

AUIP-URV Master's Grant |
AVAILABLE GRANTS: 1 earmarked for candidates having graduated in universities belonging to the AUIP Association - i.e. Latin America and Portugal (see list here). DURATION: 1 year (academic course 2018-2019). U. PORTO Financial Support |
In order to ensure equal opportunity for admission to its courses, as well as to reward the merit of the students with outstanding academic performance, the U.Porto promotes and/or sponsors a wide range of financial supports for its students. Students integrated masters courses at the U.Porto have the opportunity to apply for different scholarships available. The Social Services of U. PORTO supports students every year, U.Porto awards merit scholarships to the students ranked at the top of their class and the research centres sponsors and awards scientific initiation scholarships and research scholarships master degrees to obtain scientific training in research projects or in national scientific and technological institutions. GRANTS FROM SPECIFIC COUNTRIES
MEXICO |
Offer support for the training of Mexican professionals, in order to increase scientific capacity, technology and innovation in the country and contribute to its development. The modality of this call is scholarships of Master's level training in full-time face-to-face programs abroad. More info here. |
SOUTH AFRICA |
First Rand Laurie Dippenaar Scholarship - The prestigious FirstRand Laurie Dippenaar scholarship for postgraduate international study to the value of R750000 per annum is available to South African citizens for study outside South Africa in any discipline at an international university of their choice - excellence is the only criteria for selection. RUSSIA |
Global Education Program (GEP) is a Russian government funding program that offers Russian citizens an opportunity to study at leading foreign higher education institutions and to get employment in accordance with the qualification gained. More info here. |
GEORGIA |
International Education Center have open calls for Georgian nationals who are accepted on International Master programs and who need a partial or entire scholarship. The financial aid include grant for study fees and monthly allowance for living costs. More info here. |
CHINA |

FURTHER OPTIONS
ERASMUS+ MASTER LOAN |
The Erasmus+ Master Loan is now available from banks in France, Spain, the UK, and Luxembourg. The loan is to help postgraduate students with their living and tuition costs when studying in a country other than where they live or where they took their first degree.
