Selection procedure

A group of up to 26 students are admitted per edition (including Erasmus Mundus scholarship holders and self-funded students). The student selection is jointly performed by the WINTOUR Academic Committee following the steps below:

STEP 1. Elibigility check: technical revision of candidacies and validation of minimum requirements.

Ineligible candidates that fail to meet the minimum admission requirements are informed by e-mail.

STEP 2. Documentation assessment & provisional ranking according to the following criteria:

STEP 3. Video assessment of shortlisted candidates: revision of 2-minute videos in which shortlisted candidates introduce themselves and explain in more detail their motivation and professional project/plans after pursuing the master’s degree.

STEP 4. Final selection: the scores from the review form one absolute ranked list of applications.

*The scholarship holders selected must not have already benefitted from a previous Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) scholarship. Also, no more than 10% of the total scholarships can be awarded to students of the same nationality.

Applicants providing knowingly falsified information are disqualified from the selection process.
